Celebration, Fla. — Liberty Partners Development today announced its acquisition of Whitemarsh Cove, a luxury villa destination located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Liberty Partners Development as the company broadens its footprint in one of Central Florida’s most prominent resort and lifestyle corridors. The move aligns the company’s design, construction, and development expertise with an established hospitality-oriented asset serving large-group and luxury vacation demand near Orlando’s major attractions.

Located within Reunion Resort, Whitemarsh Cove offers spacious nine-bedroom villas with private pools, entertainment amenities, and close access to golf, dining, and regional tourism destinations. The acquisition gives Liberty Partners Development an opportunity to extend its brand into a project that sits at the intersection of luxury residential design, hospitality, and destination-oriented real estate.
Through the acquisition, Liberty Partners Development plans to support Whitemarsh Cove’s next phase through brand refinement, guest-experience enhancements, and a long-term ownership strategy.

The first home Liberty Partners Development designed and built under its own name — a nine-bedroom, three-story golf-front residence at Reunion Resort, and the flagship the studio measures its work against.
The residence sits on the fairway at Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, and it is the clearest statement yet of how the studio works: the partners draw the home, walk the site, and stay on it from the first sketch to the last key.
Three stories rise to nine bedrooms. A walled interior courtyard holds a still circular fountain at its center; a resort pool and spa are set in honed travertine off the rear terrace; balconies open straight onto the championship fairway. Inside are the rooms a home like this is built for — a private cinema, a game floor, and suites detailed one at a time.
