Most custom-home builders have only ever built custom homes. Liberty’s partners came up across both residential and commercial work, and that breadth shows in how the studio runs a job. Commercial work demands documentation, scheduling, and quality control at a level residential work often skips. We brought those habits home.
Today the studio offers the full arc of a project under one roof: project consulting and project management, architecture and design, landscape architecture, and interior design — alongside new custom construction, renovations, and select commercial builds. A client does not assemble a team of strangers. They hire one studio that already works together.
