Most builders hand you down a chain — salesman to designer to super to subs. Liberty Partners Development doesn’t. The two partners who design your home are the same two who walk the site and pick up the phone, as they have for more than twenty years.

That’s why we stay deliberately small. We take on only a handful of projects a year, so neither partner is ever more than a phone call from your drawings, your job site, or you — start to finish.

Liberty brings consultation, project management, construction, engineering, architecture, interiors, and landscape design around the same brief. Specialists stay in their discipline — without making the client manage the distance between them.

The studio works from Celebration, Florida, within practical reach of clients and project sites across Central Florida. Privately held and partner-owned — no outside investors, no franchise model, just the team that builds the work.

We don’t disappear at closing. A formal one-year walk-through, owner orientation, and on-call support are included in every residential commission.
