Midway Modern is the most restrained of the collection — a contemporary plan that lets material do the work. Marble runs wall to wall through the main floor; a linear fireplace floats in the great room; and a full glass wall opens the living space to the pool deck and the course behind it.
Upstairs, a loft and covered balcony look out over the fairway, with a wet bar tucked in for game nights. Baths range from a bright white double-vanity to a wood-look tiled shower with a deep blue vanity.
Every finish here was specified and walked by the same two partners who drew the plan.
